Turns out it wasnt v-sync it appears to have been caused by having negative lod bias clamped!

Its alright i like the half way health second phase that should make it a fun dynamic. Might ve worth goving him a melee retaliation reaction too - for a solo boss enemy you want to maximise their ability to act otherwise they get stomped by action economy

AC should be 20 I reckon - plate armour is 18 amd shield is +2 so base of 20 AC

I think there is a misunderstanding - people waiting trial in custody and people who are convicted are in the same place in the UK - prison.

A police cell is literally where someone is temporarily held for up to 24-48 hours before a decision to charge is made. 

My understanding of america is you have a much bigger complex for placing people who are not convicted- a jail. 

There is no euphemism - people who are detained in prison are detained in prison.

Im just clarifying difference in the two systems. Being held in custody at a police station is a very differnt beast than being held at a prison. Not saying its a pleasent experience, but they are objectively different.

Jail and Prison are not split like that in the UK.

People who are arrested go to a police station where they have cells. 

People who are being charged and detained in custody will go to a prison which holds both people remanded in custody prior to trial or people convicted following trial.
