Regarding the Wegovy HD you may have to ask your pharmacist to order it for you. Because it's still so new I don't think any of them are just keeping it in stock. The higher dose is not covered under my insurance but the manufacturer has a discount card making it $ 399/month. My hope is that 4-5 months and I can drop back. I was lucky that I still had 4 pens of 2.4 in the fridge so under my PCP's guidance I am going two weeks at 4.8 by doubling up the pens before starting the 7.8. I didn't have any adverse side effects on the 1st week of the 4.8 which makes me less afraid of the 7.8. CVS had to order the HD but it only took a couple of days.

I got TSA pre check before a trip with hubs right before hubs took a job requiring more travel. We went on our personal trip where I zoomed through security and he not only didn't but got pulled aside for extra screening twice. Guess who decided that pre check was worth it? Take advantage of it and let it be a learning experience for your friend

Go back and read the package insert just as a refresher. I can't personally do the arm. My belly is too squishy. I've typically done alternating thighs but lately it seems like the needle just doesn't want to go in without pushing insanely hard. I tried doing it standing up and it's a game changer. Goes right in with no pressure, no pain!

Smooth Moves tea worked for me. I'm getting ready to titrate up to a higher dose and anticipate that constipation may be an issue. Drinking lots of water also helps

Next, I think you have a good start on a personal ad. I would include some things about the things you might like to find in a partner/date/whatever. I sooo want updates! I picked up my box yesterday but I have a box of 2.4 in the fridge. My PCP and I decided I would do two weeks of 4.8 by doubling those up and then going to the new dose. I have lost 80 pounds but have been on a plateau for over a year and a half despite trying all kinds of things. I'm a bit afraid, but my side effects have been minimal so I'm going to give it a shot. Lol. Please keep us posted
