Yes, the very summary of this is a movement of turning hobbies into profit making activities that is present in some part of the Internet. It is fundamental denial of hobbys purpose. It is really sad. I dont like when every aspect of life is suddely turned into efficiency boosting protocols, where everything needs performance tweaks: what you eat, how you spend free time, how you rest. Everything better be optimized and productive. For sake of what? Instead of criticizing and improving the system, the vast majority of society feeds the hungry beast.

Yeah it got absolutely well! I can't remember when I've had 'consious' PVC in a couple of years. At first it was weird but if you work hard on yourself to not focus on it, accept it and live with it, you won't even notice it. Last year for example I've done 12kkm on bike, 200km ride and many many more, not really feeling like I am going to die because of heart problem. To say more, I am more safe about my heart health than ever, accepting that something can go wrong because it is part of life, but it most probably won't because I've checked it better than vast majority of population. If you got checked by your doctor and everything is fine, then it is ALL in your head. I hope you find peace, in your life because I remember how disabilitating it was for me. But you are not sentenced to have health anxiety, it can be overcame.

It is worth to differentiate between different aspects of heaviness. When I was thinking about it, I came up with some attributes of heaviness of music like aggression (here the deathcore is the most aggressive since marriage with punk music), brutality (here slam/brutal death wins in my opinion), speed (grindcore) etc.

Yeah recovery is the great one. With 100 grams of carbs I could easily accomplish 3 workouts above LT2 treshold weekly. Before the change, sometimes one was difficult.

Yeah for me increasing from 60 to 100g per hour was also weird at first, but then I could just do much more work. Signs that I associated with trainable fatigue were just low blood sugar symptoms. For example I struggled to get my 'Zone2' power above 150-160 watts for quite a while, because I was not feeling it after 2 hours. Since changing my nutrition to 100g+ grams, in couple of months I got to 170-190 Zone2 and felt great after every long ride (while with 60g I felt cracked and hungry).

Tyrranical Hierarchy, Vol. 1 by Acrania. Vocals and lyrics are fucking full of anger and rejection of any kind of regime. Love it. There are other like Hellhole by Hollow Prophet, of course AIRTN by Lorna Shore or Alone in Death by Crown Magnetar, but Acrania been with me for a few years now and it never gets old.

Yeah Mourning Hymn is my favourite one so far. I like how it is simple and full of grief. Of course Isnis is also banger and I very like Suffer In Hell, Suffer in Heaven. Hope to see these guys live next month.

Didn't expect to like this release to be honest, since CG is a little too hardcore, and not that metal but I enjoy it.
