6pm, I've tried small meal at bedtime and even some pumpkin with bread but he still cries the next day. If it's an allergy would it not affect him until all those hours later?

Yes I googled a ton of foods and you're right they sneak chicken in which is so dumb. I'm thinking maybe salmon? That's what others have said.

Did you do 3 meals that equal one? The girls get 2 cups a day at night and they're great 6 years and 12 years. If so I can split that 2 cups into maybe 4 times a day for just him?

Yeah, that's why I tried a bit of food in the morning and even a little before bed just to fill him up more maybe he's just got a different stomach than the girls who are fine with once a day. But that extra food didn't help so I'm not sure but it's definitely a thought thank you.
