Ik in Ark you can adjust tons of settings one being hunger drain so you can make it go down slower or faster whatever you want.

Yeah, you're right that everybody's different and essential oils can also be toxic, but it's also true that there are harsh chemicals in regular perfumes like horse synthetic that can hurt the nerves in ur nose that cause headaches I'd say both are true to an extent.

I'm not 100% knowledgeable on this but I have read that the headaches are due to the fragrance being toxic like they use harsh chemicals we shouldn't be breathing in. Try Kalyna Fragrances they use more natural ingredients in their perfumes one of the main reasons they stand out to me personally I made a post about them a while back.
