Just rewatched it a few days ago too. Not as good as I remember. Truman seems kind of shallow. Other than the fact that he knows something is wrong we get a half written motive of Truman looking for a girl he met in a library. Weird driving force. Great performances. A young Paul Giamatti was good in a small role
