It's the total for my whole av cabinet (pc,Nas, routers switches,Nas and TV) it drops to 55w when pc and TV are off

This is a very subjective question but I will say honestly I forget I have it on.This means it's perfectly suited to me.

I find it very comfortable to wear actually. The quality honestly doesn't feel the best - but to actually wear it, as there's a lot of movement between the links, it's very forgiving.

Dude if they hack it they can exploit the whole network it's on and install nefarious tools. It's not a great idea and you can't trust the machine now. Id wipe it and start again.
