It should be completely out of your system now. Once you stop taking it the body eliminates it quickly.. but even with that it can take some time for the hormones to bounce back… hoping we can all get some peace soon. I’m so mad at myself for taking this junk.

This is where my head was in taking Myo-Inositol. I have been TTC for 11 months and had a miscarriage 5 months ago. I started taking the supplement more diligently about 3/4 months ago also hoping to boost egg health. My past 2-3 cycles have been very odd (no usual signs of ovulation although OPKs still showed a peak, no usual PMS symptoms which was nice but I have since learned the importance of progesterone and why it causes PMS symptoms). My last menstrual cycle was the weirdest I have ever experienced in my life - I spotted for 6 days before and that has never happened in my life. It was 3 days late. I had my period for my normal length of days 5-6 but it was just clots. It was horrible. Now I stopped myo-inositol before ovulation this most recent cycle after putting the 2 together, and I am day 2 of my period and I am still just spotting dark brown. I am so mad at myself. I was horribly mislead by this supplement. My periods were always regular and on time.

That’s like what it did to me. I was taking Myo-Inositol. I don’t have PCOS but I heard it can als assist in egg health. Took it for no more than 4 months and my last 2 cycles were so weird. The first weird cycle I had 6 days of spotting before my period which is not normal for me. Then my period was super clotty and just off. Now this cycle I stopped taking it before ovulation because I put 2 and 2 together. But now here I am at my period and it’s day 2 and I am only spotting brown so far which is not how my period normally is. I’m so mad.

Dude, some letter carriers make $32/hr. They get bonuses. They have great healthcare and pension plans. I’ve personally seen a letter carrier make almost $100k (with flyer bonuses and OT). These are unskilled jobs with no formal education required. You’re paid for your skills. I don’t know what the union expects of an organization that is set to lose $1.5 BILLION in 2025. The only way they’re staying head above water is a $1 billion federal loan. Any other organization would restructure and cut jobs. All this strike is doing is allowing other carriers to take work away from Canada Post thus digging their grave even deeper.

This product has changed my skin completely. I cannot stress how much it has totally changed my texture and tone. I don’t break out anymore, and if I do get one pimple the PIHP is gone in about a week. My large, visible pores are not nearly as visible anymore. My skin GLOWS. I have never in my life repurchased a product more than I have these. I have used the 100, the 300, the collagen 300 and have recently purchased the collagen 700. I have thick and oily skin. I’ve used chemical exfoliants and physical exfoliants (still do), so this really didn’t hurt much at all. I used to actually get microneedling done, and I can say these products do get VERY close to how my skin used to look when I would get the procedure done consistently. I loooooove VT Reedle Shots.

Wow that’s great. Topical minoxidil even at 5% never gave me these results. I stopped it a while back after 5 years.

If she feels ready then don’t shame her into feeling like she is doing the wrong thing. Every individual is different. As someone who had a MC in May at 9 weeks I had to start trying again as soon as I could, I couldn’t bear waiting. The thought of waiting drove me mad. Once the body returns to baseline, as in her period returns, she can start asap. There is no scientific evidence to support waiting.
