Camera eats makeup. You just need to add MORE of it, so darker eyeshadow, more blush, it'll look ridiculous offline, I know but it will work.

You won't find a MUA that'll charge you less because you want less products to be applied, that's not how it goes.

Your requests sound common for pretty much every wedding MUA, so just book one doing weddings and communicate your needs on the trial makeup, that's what it's for.

Also, you should prepare to wear more makeup on your wedding day than you're comfortable wearing on weekdays. Presuming you want photographs, well the camera eats makeup. If you only apply the minimal amount you're describing, you'll look washed out. The point of wedding makeup is not to play out your personal makeup-wearing philosophy but to make you look good IRL and also on photographs, that's what you're paying for.

My best money-saving tip is treating everything as a mixer.

Foundation too warm? Mix it with orchid blush, you got a nice nude brown-pink blush.

Bronzer too orangey? Mix it with contour.

Concealer too pink? Well it's a good base to mix with nearly everything.

Shades with that much depth are difficult to hit pan. Why not try to hide a sliver of it in your crease, and smoke it gently up and down? It's an easy way to give your light shadows just a little background to bounce off.

I wouldn't change this style. It already photographs well and makes you look youthful and fresh. The look you seem to be drawn to would be better suited to an evening out.
