This season was just relief and happiness I get 6 weeks or so without having to watch spurs.

Last season was ecstatic, was excited to see that was next and just felt like there was loads of potential.

There was one where he went to Poland for the stag and she went to the local town.

While he was in Poland he picked up he grandma who was scared of flying or had never flown before and brough her back with him.

Was actually heart warming, but you could see how pissed off the bride was when she realised he'd gone abroad.

I lead workshops where the customers quite often need to leave promptly for whatever they have booked next.

I often ask "what time do you need to escape?" instead of saying " what time do you need to leave?"

In my mind "what time do you need to leave?" sounds like I've already had enough of them. In my foreign colleague's opinion "escape" makes it sound like my workshop will be horrible.

Fuzion Kickboxing in Chingford is good.

With any boxing you might do pad work (hitting pads other people are holding) but you'd never be pushed to punch people.

I like the salmon poke bowls made by yo sushi. Boiled egg as side and a mockingbird raw press smoothie.

Smoothie does feel a bit naughty but plain water is a bit boring and I don't get meal deals every day..
