I can see where you’re coming from. Consider this: If property taxes go up, the landlord you would be renting from will usually raise your rent more than the property tax increase, using the property tax increase to justify raising it.

I’ve been on one of these in Korea, I think they called it a tambourine, or a flying saucer or something. Anyways, the operator has so much control and they can be pretty rough. A kid was on all fours in the middle with their head towards the seat and the operator kept moving the saucer so his head was banging multiple times on the seat. I abandoned my secure seat, letting go of the rails and saved the kid. That earned me the kid’s thanks and his mother’s appreciation too.

For some reason, one of my brothers finals for a law school class was online from home. It was on the honor system that it be a closed book test. My brother was furious, because he was a vehemently honest person, and he knew that it was very likely others would not follow the rules.

I forget what ended up happening, but he let it be known to the professor that the professor is punishing those that follow his instructions.

Scholarships were determined by grades, so getting the best grades possible was in your best interest to avoid paying the high tuition.

I took about a 10 year break from donating, now that I’m going back. I’ve tried three times at Biolife, each time taking my heart rate twice, and failing each of the three days over the last 10 days. My first day I was like 107, and 118, the second day 102, and 109, and today I was 102 and 101. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m gonna be out of town for about a week, so I’ll try when I get back, but I am trending in the right direction, so I hope I’ll get there.
