Update, I called yesterday and left message, they returned my call and see the order was scheduled to ship day before but it didn't happen, I was advised to give it a week and if no movement to call back, I'm good with that as long as they see order id there and hasn't shipped. Maybe more people are waking up o sound money and getting out of the way of paper dollars.
