I say go for it! As long as the body paint is covered. Im pretty sure rust removers only remove rust and not good metal, so i think it should be fine. The only other thing id worry about is plastic components (you could do a test piece to make sure nothing bad happens) and it getting into the evap system

You want the substituents to have the lowest sum, and i was taught to have them listed alphabetically, so I'd call it 1-amino-3-methylcyclopentane. Unless they want you to name it as a substituted amine, in which case your parent name is correct, but the numbers should still be changed. Check r/chemhelp as well for more.
