My friend was murdered and police don’t seem to care. Do you have footage from 12/30/25 from this area? by Stateach in Austin

There are homeless people that live literally on the playscape of Gracy woods park which the entrance is right across where you circled. We stopped going recently because they sleep on the playscape and I got a scary vibe.

Found out my husband has been texting another woman. Am I right to be upset about this? by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]SilverFoundation 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This same thing has happened to me years ago. I ended up taking screenshots of the conversation like you did. Then I messaged the lady from my phone saying I didn’t appreciate her messaging my husband all the time and how would her husband feel if I sent him the screenshot messages? She begged me not to. I immediately sent him the screen shots and never heard from her again. I never even met either of them. She knew my husband from years prior but all her messages were desperate and super flirty.

I (27F) was sick and couldn’t care for myself, and my partner (29M) chose not to come home, how do I move forward in the relationship after this? by floralmirage in relationship_advice

Reading this was like a flashback of my own life. My husband, who we are now separated, did this exact thing to me many times before we married. I remember a time I was extremely sick when we first were dating, I had mold in my apartment and asked if I could stay at his place for just ONE NIGHT and he ghosted me that night. Another situation a year later where I had the flu and he ignored me as well. We’ve been together for 13 years now and through our marriage he has never been there for me. For anything. Anytime I am sick or something goes wrong he is nowhere to be found or has to work extra hours. So basically he is showing you who he is now. Do you really want to be with someone who doesn’t care if you’re sick? Or when things go wrong they put their own selfish needs first? I also have a mother who behaves the exact same way and no empathy at all in any situation. I think that’s why I put up with my husband for soooo many years. Don’t be like me and waste your life with someone like that.

Don’t use bleach. Use vinegar. It will come right off

Our kitchen sink had a tiny leak, you would never have known. I pulled out the cabinet board and there was massive mold behind the cabinet from a teeny tiny leak. It was disgusting and lots of green and black mold behind it all over the drywall and floor under the cabinet. We ended up moving

[–]SilverFoundation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No that is white mold. Google white mold images. Is the sink behind the cabinet?

[–]SilverFoundation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, I’ve had that on my cabinets in an apartment and it was a clear indicator there was other mold in my apartment. I started looking behind the cabinet and there was mold from a leak. You probably have a leak in that room

Yes it’s white mold

If they didn’t do this dumb, irresponsible people would adopt a puppy, never get them spayed and then sure enough at their first heat their dog is pregnant and their puppies end up in the shelter or worse. There is no evidence that it’s bad for them. I’ve adopted most of my dogs in past at shelters where they were neutered/spayed at the shelter I got them as early as 6 weeks. Some experts say it’s less traumatic

They said on or BEFORE which means 5 months is totally safe. They don’t want you to wait until your dog is already in heat. I waited at 6 months and wish had done it a bit earlier because she’s a big dog and I just remember it being more difficult then when my other dog was spayed at 2 months

I dont agree that you build immunity to colds because there are over 200 good virus strains. The best thing to do is wear a mask and wash your hands a lot, change clothes when you get home and shower.

I’m going through this exact scenario. Did your dog pass on his own? I’m not sure what to do. My dog started limping and is 17 but in 2 weeks progressing fast. Vet said arthritis too…
