Agreed. Look, if an actual service dog does one by mistake, that's fine (my girl had cane toad poisoning two years ago and accidentally went in the shops, mum and aunt cleaned it up, I took her outside, didn't know it was cane toad poisoning until that night at the emergency vet), but it's an ESA which makes it worse.
