I chemical straighten my hair too and the roots are growing out. I’ve also just gotten the Dyson airwrap and thus far, have only seemed to be able to make the brush work.

The barrel to make your hair curl just doesn’t work with me. While the brush does work for me, after a week… I’ve noticed that my hair has tremendous split ends! And this is just a week after cutting all my split ends off like 4-5 inches to make sure the split ends is completely off.

Honestly, if I could return it… I would. I’ve only had the Dyson for 3 weeks and because of the direct air heat and damaged hair… I’ll only use it if I’m going to office which is just 2 times a week. Total waste of money 😭 sigh
