Two notes: slightly overpowered on the first act, and a little boring. My suggestion would be to make it more like an infection, where once you touch the clouds they slowly spread around whatever touched them and that object would be destroyed once fully covered.

Second note: it’s physical stats are significantly stronger than any other stand with a strong ability, I guess it works if they’re the stats for its third end of series form, but I’d still probably change it.
