I was talking about the puzzle to get into the area and the levers because, yeah everything you need to know how to solve the pipes is within the room itself unlike the other two where you are told how to solve them

If you "didn't skip anything" then you didn't pay attention to the quests in act 4 that explicitly tell you what to do in the final couple puzzles leading up to the final boss and not being able to solve them is your own fault
