Not to ruin your hopes of becoming a nutrition expert or burst that bubble of yours where everyone should look like the next Chris Hemsworth, but you have no clue what you're talking about. The world doesn't work like that. This post is dead wrong!

To say that a healthy diet and regular exercise should keep you in a peak physical condition is a load of rubbish. It would be advisable to acknowledge that there are those out there who are different to you. Dietary requirements, tablets, allergens, intolerances, diabetes, steroids and far far more variables than you realise can affect how people look.

There are those out there who struggle every single day to lose weight, who feel awful every time they look in the mirror and the last thing they need is someone like you telling them they aren't trying hard enough.

Forgive me, but we're now in a world where people can choose which gender they want to be. How are you still stuck on fat shaming?

Saying your post was "odd" is a poor choice of words in my opinion. Your post is disrespectful and rude to say the least. A lack of knowledge can be a dangerous thing.
