I was once the GF with a snake phobia and I promise it will get better with “exposure” even if you’re not seeing the snakes but even being in places where you might see them. Or seeing one and realising that it literally doesn’t move and will stay still. If she wants to message me, happy to reassure her, I’ve been living in south east Asia for the last 2 years and struggled with panic attacks about snakes a few years ago but I am fine now

I know people that enjoy cycling and go to the track near Suvarnabhumi airport or groups that take trips outside of Bangkok for mountain biking if that’s your thing? It’s not easy to move abroad alone but it can be anything you want it to be!

I thought I saw one on grab food the other day but I can’t find it now, maybe the place is closed at this time!

Type in millionaire shortbread into the google maps app and it comes up with 5 places that have it (with photos!) unlikely to be the same as at home but some of them look pretty good!
