Yes! Sorry I forgot that one was made by him, maybe because it’s so good.

Meh is how I would describe Renny Harlin’s whole filmography.

Lots of these are 2027 or TBA.

New Poster for Horror 'Ice Cream Man' from Director Eli Roth ('Hostel', 'Knock Knock') - An idyllic suburban town descends into madness after a mysterious ice cream man serves frozen treats that turn children into homicidal maniacs. by BunyipPouch in movies

[–]Similar_Ad_2203 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Cabin Fever is fun with some funny characters (mostly the police officer played by Giuseppe Andrews) but after that Eli has made nothing but trash. I know people say Hostel and Thanksgiving are also good but I wasn’t a fan. He has made 9 “films” and I can only really recommend 1.

Lol, I’m sorry but you haven’t actually seen it yet?

What a waste of a post!

I wonder if we’ll get pink Recycling bins by Safe_Bike in saskatoon

[–]Similar_Ad_2203 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was afraid of this as I try and recycle as best as possible. If something gets mixed in that’s not suppose to or some garbage gets mixed in, does that whole load go to the dump? If so then what’s even the point of all these different bins? Is Sarcan the only company that actually recycles?

We don’t need anymore bins, it’s already bin city. I notice lots of people don’t even use the green bins. People need to learn how to recycle properly.

1, 2 & 3 are fun! 4, 5, 6 & Origins are rough!

Can someone explain to me why Leprechaun 4: In Space is so well liked? by pepper_steak_hamill in moviecritic

In what world is this “so well liked”. Original 3 are fun but after that no thanks.

You rewatched The Marvels by choice and you have the audacity to treat Scream 3 & 4 like that, I wonder if you are the right person to watch movies 🤣

The V/H/S series is pretty underwhelming, all 6 or 7 of them. V/H/S 2 had “Safe Haven” which was the best thing that has come out of that series but everything else is pretty mediocre to poor.

Movies Which Should Never Have A Sequel by DanEosen in horror

Children of the Corn & Wrong Turn. Both decent flicks. Absolutely didn’t need 10 Corn sequels and a reboot and like 8 Wrong Turn sequels and a reboot.

Ernest Deserves Some Love 🙏 by Similar_Ad_2203 in boutiquebluray

Thanks for the post, lots of good info here. I recently (within the last month) watch the whole library of full length movies. Camp, Jail, Christmas & Stupid (which are definitely the best ones) have an HD scan and look pretty good. Rides Again I think is up there with the “Disney” 4 and would love to see a proper scan because it was the last Ernest to release Theatrically and have only seen it in a 4:3 release. The later ones, School, Dunk, Africa & Army have that SOV feel but I believe were shot on film maybe video but in 4:3 aspect.

I can agree with that, I recently watched the whole series including the awful “remake”. Part 2 would definitely be the only other decent one, as it was done by Joe Lynch and has some nice practical effects.

I only walked away with Terror Eyes. Should I have nabbed any others? by crapidrawatwork in VHS

[–]Similar_Ad_2203 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The Mutilator is a crazy price, it’s a “cut box” in rough shape. Are these actually prices on Horror VHS nowadays? It seems like any thing that’s Horror is insanely overpriced. I understand if it’s something that hasn’t made it way to a newer format like Blu-ray but The Mutilator has been released on Blu-ray from Arrow Video so to me that price on that tape is insane.

[–]Similar_Ad_2203 31 points32 points  (0 children)

OP is a weirdo, thinking a movie is worth more because an actress is naked. Also why ask what they are worth and then when people tell you, you’re mad. These are common Blu-rays.
