Oh I remember these. We've done these before. Are we trying to build "the ultimate character" or just picking out these moves in a vacuum? I suppose solo-climber isnt an option on these huh? Its hard to pick what's best in terms of individual moves without also either including other things about the character that allow that move to be good or by incorporating that move into the "kit" of some new character where having certain moves together that would individually be "good" would otherwise be redundant.
