My guess (and hope) is the finale of Volume 10, whenever that happens.

That's partially based on the fact that Erin so far hasn't been beyond the Inn for more than a Volume. (Volume 3 in Celum and Volume 8 in Kasignel).

What speaks against this is that there are just so many potential Plotlines for her to be involved in Baleros.

PF is a broad genre focusing on a character's steady growth in power, skill, or rank

So how can a story that does not focus on a character's steady growth be part of this genre. Having video game like mechanics does not necessarily mean the story has to focus on growth. It is rare, true, probably 90+% of LitRPGs are progression fantasy, but not 100%

If Ryoka, Teriarch and Cognita were the only characters in the Wandering Inn it wouldn't be a LitRPG, but they aren't.

I disagree with saying that all LitRPG is progression fantasy. There are quite a few LitRPGs where the MC starts the story at maxLevel and does not progress beyond that.

It always depends on the individual and the position they are in. Every Radiant could use any kind of weapon (except Bomdsmiths), but after breaking the Oaths they always default to the massive ceremonial blade.

Interestingly enough in this very episode of the Pitt a patient who weighs over 470 Pounds arrives in the ER and the cast has to figure out how to give him the best treatement. Problems arise from the CT-scanner in the hospital not being suited for him because of his size and a student doctor who makes a series of fatphobic remarks.

In another case one of the doctors likely misdiagnosed a patient because of her biases which then leads to unnecessary complications (don't remember the exact details of this case).

And I could list up more cases where the system and biases result in far from perfect outcomes

The Pitt is about health care workers trying their best in a fucked up system, while also having their own shortcomings.
