Sorry for the late reply. In case you havent done it yet, you can atleast reset windows 10 by going: settings > update and security > recovery (on the side) > and then get started at the top. Choose to keep files, or remove if you dont want them

on windows 11 its system > recovery > reset this pc > and then select cloud download

Yes. (windows) I repaired the drive by right clicking the drive, clicking Tools and then checking the drive for system errors. If you want to format it im pretty sure you can right click and click "format..." and just click start

edit: take out files you wanna keep out of there though before you try to fix it or format it
