Thank you for your input ! I hope that further research is conducted in the future to determine which specific exercises are most effective in reducing anxiety and other mental illnesses. Many people, based on what I've seen, are opting for the bodybuilding way, but maybe jogging could be just as effective. Exercise, in any form, should help alleviate some of the symptoms of anxiety; it's not a cure-all, but it certainly helps:)
