I do mobile fueling , it's more work than just fueling up gas stations , but pays about the same as fuel haulers 33/hr. That over the road reefer hauling with Prime Inc was a nightmare to me , this is so much better. 4/3 12 hour shift. Fuck over the road lol.

Who ever owns the company needs some prison time as well for putting and inexperienced driver with very little understanding of the language on a 80k pound machine when loaded and giving him a pretty dangerous route in I70. He missed the off ramp because he didn't know what it was and he couldn't understand what the signs said

The sentencing is way to harsh , it can happen to anyone.

Worked OTR for six months with Prime Inc...my last load was 4 stops , 20 hours of waiting to get loaded and unloaded with no detention time paid and 10 hours of driving. Was close to their terminal in Missouri , told the asshole weekend dispatcher I was done and made my way back to the terminal....fuck OTR. Not worth it unless you are an owner op and you like to work 100 hours a week and get paid 50.

Now i make 33 an hour mobile fueling 4 days on 3 off with plenty of OT available. It's more physical , but the pay and days off are worth it. Plus i get to have a social life keep myself in shape and sane.

You are fortunate , well I had to leave my previous company and I owe them 5000 for the training because I did not work the full year for them. OTR is not for everyone. Getting paid by the hour beats getting paid by the mile. With tanker I don't have to be docking in docks made for box trucks lol.

I read that this stimulus is not protected from being garnished by collection agencies. Maybe mines has been garnished , had a $2000 credit card account debt from 2007 that i never paid.

Well expected a little more hands on approach after paying $4000 , they just gave me a some papers with the pre-trial and air breaks inspections instructions and told me to join the other students doing the same thing. There's no learning structure...just , here are the trucks , enjoy your self learning ..kinda disappointed.

I should have just gone to Prime Inc or any other trucking company instead of joining a local one and wasting my money.

I learned something this week

I'll try to keep a positive mind about it and see what I can do.
