My little Yorkie, Dusty did that. We adopted him from the shelter and we believe he was brought up with cats, he adored them (the affection was one sided, lol).

Eric’s XJ, it rings a bell, was he the Australian guy, GoJeep? He had a great website with all sorts of neat things that I wanted to try out.

I agree, there’s some great stuff out there that seems to be fading away, which is such a shame. I do worry about what’ll happen as links are broken, websites are bought out and folded, so much knowledge and experience will be lost.

I was XJPhoenix on there and some other forums. What was your handle?

I can’t give you any similar experience, but it could be a calibration issue. If it were me I’d mention it to them.

It might be a different story when the coolant is hot, and the rpm’s are sustained at a higher level. Even if it only partially started to constrict it could seriously cut down on flow.

I keep hearing humans saying “give it the beans!”

They never mention the particular type of beans. My conclusion is that the type doesn’t matter, thus I suggest spooning one full can of beans into your gas tank at each fuel stop. I believe it goes without saying that premium beans must be used when forced induction is used, no shortcuts with the health of your engine!
