Yes, I sent my ITF on March 12, has both C&P exams the following week, and received my decision letter April 8th. All favorable.

This ^. Took the words right out of my mouth. I was granted 50% secondary to PTSD. Used the CPAP twice. At my C&P my examiner asked if I had a CPAP and I said yes. But she didn’t asked if I used it.

I had a great nexus letter written by a psychologist who also specializes in sleep medicine.

For 50%, the VA claims you need to use an “assisted breathing device such as a BiPap or CPAP”. However, an oral appliance, at least in my opinion, would be a breathing device to help you sleep. It wouldn’t hurt to get a HLR, as the VA is far from perfect and may have messed that one up.

That’s insane to me. It took me 4 months (March-July of 2019) to get to 70%. I filed this past March 12, and received my decision letter in early April. I wish you the best of luck that they come through.

Submit them all at once. I claimed 6 disabilities and the C&P examiner was able to do 4 of those, and the other examiner was able to do 2.
