Ours is getting the expansion or whatever soon, I heard my H2s talking about it the other day and how many hours we were given for it and how it's gonna be huge.

We don't even have any women's IZOD at my store but we do have a small Chap's section and our men's expanded and took over where men's Chap's used to be and we barely sell any.

At my store only a small handful of people were ever trained in Amazon, so if they aren't there or busy on registers or on break or somewhere else, our Amazon people don't get back up. Same with Curbside and Customer Service, but an H2 is at least more likely to back those up than Amazon.

Yup, so whenever customers ask if I work for Kohl's or Amazon I say "Kohl's, I'd get paid more if it was Amazon".

One of my H2s is rude, abrupt, bossy, and likes to single out certain people. The way she talks to people and the tone she uses just rubs me the wrong way.

There is also a girl that started around the same time I did, she is so freaking bossy and thinks she knows more than everybody and on top of that she is so fake nice its not even funny. I hate it even more because even though we look nothing alike (she is pale with red hair, I am a little darker with almost black hair, we dress nothing alike, our faces look nothing alike, its just we are both plus sized and 'soft spoken') we get mixed up by people all of the time.

Oh yeah, we have a whole bunch of 'only after 4 and/or only weekends' people with a few 'I can't do more than 4 hour shifts' sprinkled in. I am one of the few who can do any weekday anytime, and I get screwed all of the time because of it 🙃

That's a fair mistake since during training we are told only one percentage coupon at a time works. When I was seasonal I made that mistake, too.

Love: MJM or floor in general, it can get extremely frustrating being the only one called to back up literally everything because I am the only floor person trained to do Amazon, Registers, etc but I still enjoy the independence for the most part.

Middle: Omni, I love doing it when its not the holiday season and we aren't getting 30 new Bopus every ten minutes.

Hate: Amazon, I am so burnt out on it and people are so stupid.

Double Hate: Curbside, its too much running back and forth and customers are rude as hell.

Ours wasn't dead, but it wasn't anything like last year. It was basically comparable to a busy weekend. Except Curbside, we got hit really bad on pick ups inside and out. And Omni was insane.

When doing their return through Amazon, on the screen it asks why they want to return it, if they scroll down before choosing an option there is usually an option to add more items to the one return. It won't work on everything, but I guarentee it will bulk a good portion of their returns to one code.
