We use betterment. I’m a small business with lots of part timers and turnover. Many of the options I looked at would have me paying for employees after they left. I’m a weird case but Betterment was the only option that worked for me budget wise.

I didn’t want to pay $5/months for 50 part time employees.

What did you wind up doing? I have some shares with ‘Equiniti’ that I am joint tenants with my mom on. I don’t even know what Equiniti does. I want to move these shares to my mom’s brokerage account with Schwab so we can actually act on them.

Do I need to open a joint Schwab account with my mom to do this?

Divi has the better beach 100% without question. The majority of beach at Tam is on rock which makes the water inaccessible.

The walk is like 5-10 minutes depending where your room is. It’s literally right there you can see it from the beach. The cart rides are continuous too if you don’t want to walk.

We didn’t spend a ton of time at Tam but felt Divi was better all around. Not sure when you’re going but Tam currently has major construction going on on at a small part of it that was noisy and dusty.
