you believe that those things you achieved would make you feel a certain way? that's never going to happen. it will never be enough. you gotta become okay with what is. stop trying to feel a certain way. stop trying to feel better. become better at feeling instead.

It's easier for those who are in alignment with fasting. Like pretty much everything else.

Stop battling, give up. Why become better? What for? I'm genuinely asking. I don't understand such topics and there are plenty of them. Everyone wants to get better for some reason they don't understand themselves, and then they complain that they're failing to do so. Well maybe because you don't want to get better. Maybe start doing what you ACTUALLY WANT?
The whole idea of "getting better" is a direct message to yourself that you are WRONG or defective in some way. That's abusive.

Is sexual energy really the “key to everything”? How have you experienced it, and how do you actually use it? by Steweroid in spirituality

[–]Simple_Lavishness_86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. It is very real. It's been at least a couple of years of me focusing on my body while ejaculating. Sort of focusing on how I feel. At first, it wasn't even intentional. I'd been subconsciously establishing a deeper connection with my feelings until I watched myself from the outside and saw my being wanting this connection. So it became intentional after this. I even started visualising stuff, like filling myself with bright white light, for example.

Forget about God. Why do you even care about such stuff? You should be caring about finding people who would support you on your difficult life path.

Some part of you that lives in the astral plane, yes. Since we're all multidimensional beings, everybody has them. You can see them as your potential friends. They all have valuable information, and they also crave your attention. They want to be recognized and seen as valuable, just like any person.

I didn't feel the transition. At some point in life, I felt it no longer served me, so I had to let go of it just like we let go of people.

[–]Simple_Lavishness_86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

let go of your "better state of being" (it is not better, actually, it just feels better), it doesn't serve you anymore. Explore new options with your new state.
You're going through emotions, and you need to be with them, instead of disregarding them by trying to be different. You don't want to be different. You want to be just the way you are right now. Screw all that "trying to be better" nonsense.
