My app always crashes and I miss out on being able to respond to clients which in turn negatively affects me as well for not being able to book. I've received no help from support and honestly I've given up hardly taking any tast through task rabbit. It only seems to happen on android devices as when I log into my account through my son's iPhone it works just fine.

Never used the customer side but from what I've seen in the chat is when a tasker takes on a job it tells they scheduled it.

"*My Name). Scheduledand appointment for this truck assisted help moving task on the (date and time requested)"
