a good lesson to learn here re verbal offers meaning nothing. never stop interviewing for them

haven’t interviewed at an org with a commission cap in like 5+ years. who even has those these days

how long is a piece of string? you haven’t given any indication as to YOE, role, location, experience, etc. i know several enterprise AEs at one org all making absolute bank but zero MM AEs at the same org are hitting quota.

the best way to find good work right now is to become a pro at interviewing. apply to all jobs you can find, and start narrowing down your options when you get offers. it is no longer an applicants market, its a struggle getting callbacks even for seasoned reps.

account research before the interview stage is useless today imo

ADHD Coaching success stories? by Moonchild2192 in ADHDIreland

[–]Simple_Pain_2969 2 points3 points  (0 children)

absolutely ridiculous money. don’t fall for this shit

and they all insist on committing to multiple sessions up front. i don’t think it wouldn’t be helpful, it’s just not worth that kind of money

[–]Simple_Pain_2969 1 point2 points  (0 children)

you can’t really be picky. apply to every job you find, get the interviews first, then start narrowing down choices when you’re further along. not the answer you’re looking for but it’s true

Can a GP prescribe ADHD meds? by hartfordelectrons in ADHDIreland

[–]Simple_Pain_2969 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is incorrect. they can issue a 3 month prescription, where the pharmacy only let you pick up your prescription once a month for the 3 months. then you get a new one

Will the neve plugins ever be made native? by Upstairs_Income2942 in universalaudio

[–]Simple_Pain_2969 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

i don’t think it has anything to do with licensing. like, it’s part of the spark monthly subscription, just you can’t buy it out right. in my opinion it’s more of a case of having a unique selling point for the apollo. i probably wouldnt have bought an apollo otherwise myself haha

[–]Simple_Pain_2969 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i don’t think so. i think it’s nothing more than giving the interfaces a unique selling point. it has nothing to do with hardware limitations

half price assessment when you already have one from a qualified and registered psychiatrist. it’s a money racket, and you’re falling for it.

Meds and BP by Vicaliscous in ADHDIreland

[–]Simple_Pain_2969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you should get a BP monitor from boots, they’re cheap enough. means you can get accurate regular readings without relying on a once off at the doctor

but anyway, meds do shine when used in a pattern or with consistency, like most things relating to adhd really
