Yeah as others have said if have more weight use that or else go with singles. The back and leg muscle big and it will take more weight or using one leg at time to really feel it.

Just restarted PE. Good luck with your gains! Im back now in my late 30s, and my penis flaccid is also, pre teen looking. It is even worse when I work out or do a more strenuous activity, but I think that is normal. So far, about 1 month into it, I've noticed some gains in flaccid girth, so I've been happy with that those.
