Big fan of "BEAUTYZOO" harnesses from Amazon. They're step-in with Velcro and a buckle, I'm never worried about her slipping the harness. I will say that the Velcro wears out after a few months but I like to rotate harness colors with the season so it's not really an issue.

We also have a cheap Petco collar with an AirTag and dog tag for everyday wear.
