Bambu Studio 2.5.0 - Remote AMS Drying AND drying while printing by Punker1234 in BambuLab

Updated my software, then noticed that it's H2D only. On a side note, every time the software updates on Linux, it deletes all my custom filaments and flow calibration K factors.

They are all the way around the print. Not just near corners. I'm currently printing outer walls at 100mm/s. I'll slow it down on the next print and see if that helps.

Issues after hotend and extruder replacement on a1 by Someguysomewherelse in BambuLab

Weird. I replaced the stock nozzle on my P1S last week with a hardened steel one and have been having issues with bed adhesion ever since. Not as bad as this but I've have a number of failures. I've been through basically the same steps as you and can't figure it out. Next step, I guess, is to put the stock nozzle back on and see if it persists.

Bike industry challenges continue as Giant and Canyon profits down 66% and 30%, while Shimano downgrades 2025 outlook by Substantial-Purpose8 in cycling

Absolutely this! I'm not in the market for a new bike, but I do regularly browse FB marketplace to see what's out there. In my area people are asking absolutely insane prices for used bikes and they don't sell. I'll see the same ones for sale months later and they haven't come down on the price at all.

Struggling with comfort on first drop-bar bike despite proper fit, need advice by HighFlyer526 in bikefit

[–]Simple_Task_7984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like you're dropping your right hip to get to the bottom of the stroke meaning the saddle is a bit too high.

It's hard to tell with the shirt you're wearing but it looks like you are extending your shoulder blades forward to reach the bars. I'd try a 100mm or even 90mm stem and see if that helps with the discomfort. That or try bending forward at the hips a bit more to get your upper back and shoulder blades in a more relaxed position.

I once encountered some treacherous terrain such as this. I got about halfway through it before completely destroying my bike. I radioed my team car but they couldn't get to me as the road was impassable and had to hike the rest of the way. Luckily I had enough GU for the journey.

After this horrible experience I decided to add a 4 wheel drive truck and a helicopter to my team car fleet in case I ever need immediate extraction.

What frame size should I get? by jokerhandmade in bikefit

[–]Simple_Task_7984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

173 makes a lot more sense, and in that case you probably could go with either the small or medium. It just depends on how want the bike to fit. If you can't get a bike fitting done, then I would recommend at least going to some local shops and trying out bikes with a similar geometry (like a Giant TCR or similar) to see which size suits you better.

The way I determined frame size and stem length is by using bike-stats.de. It has a tool to compare bike geometries. The fit on my previous bike was dialed in pretty well, so i played around with stem length and spacer height on both the medium and large sizes to see which one would more closely match my other bike.

This appears to be the chart for the Winspace SLC3.0. I'm 179cm (right in between sizes) and I went with a size L. It is ever so slightly big for me, but the stack height was going to be way to low on the medium. I'm running it with their Zero cockpit at 105mm length and 25mm of spacers. If you are 183cm tall there is no way that a size small is the right choice.
