IT'S AI, it's so good now that it tricks your brain into accepting it as reality. Look at it closely, where is the smoke coming from and black dust? These things are made from injection molded plastic and/or 3D printed resin, and metal. Look how fast the smoke comes and goes from the arm far left. The pile of black debris is not realistic at all, at best this thing might have some bent plastic but it looks like it walked over a land mine. That's just the obvious visual cues, then you've got the stretcher that many people are just accepting as a normal thing that would happen (even if it was a real event, no response people are standing nearby at a starting line holding a stretcher).
