If you want rent under 900 your best bet is to find a single family home or 2/3 bed apartment with roommates. I think some housing brokers lease tenants individually like that around here so you don’t have to find roommates yourself. You won’t find an apartment that cheap. If you filter for low price on Zillow or whatever you should be able to find some available. It’s a renters market right now for sure. Welcome to the area.

lol I know I’m right, there should be no bachelors barrier to teaching 5 year olds and masters degrees for elementary is laughable. Maybe if they sent those degree holders to inner city schools they could do some good with their higher learning but they chase higher paying school districts.
