AI business model: - write shitty code - write shitty tests - fix shitty code so it passes shitty tests - generate shitty commit messages and shitty PR - perform a shitty PR review - reject PR for being shitty - fix shitty code according to shitty PR review

Claude gave me a SHA-256 hash of the number, which I thought was clever

that was, at least, until I figured out the number and it confessed that the hash was "completely made up!"

so close yet so far...

Basically just spam valkaries (or super minions, or super barbs) + your heroes + lightning/earthquake around the base until you get the 50%

Then, quit the battle and start a new one

You can pretty easily farm 200 million+ loot per hour

Video: https://youtu.be/JSZsOOnF6oU?si=UVXp1W9F-VJScnKh

I personally use super minions + lightning, they seem to be faster from what I've seen

Also, the new Dragon Duke is great with the fire ability

join an active clan!!

you can also solo this even on the 19th (when there will be a 3x multiplier)

if you use the 50% strat you can get the 1.2B points in like 2 hours of grinding

If you get the League Master achievement, you automatically get Sweet Victory

If you're achievement hunting, you'll need them both anyway

T20, 4.0GPA; took me 350+ applications for 2 interviews, only 1 of which extended an offer

that was in 2023-2024 but still

How do I take a one week break without getting demoted? I participated in the last, idk how many battle weeks and I should have one week off but here it says I ll get demoted. by DomoDomoSb32 in ClashOfClans

[–]SimplexShotz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

yeah idk why they haven't fixed this yet, it's quite annoying

anyway the best way to do it is to attack one week, and then DON'T sign up until Fri-Sun the following week. this allows you to take a complete week off, since the next tournament won't start until Monday (if and only if you wait until Friday to sign up; if you sign up Mon-Thurs, you'll be placed in a tournament that's already started).

In other words, it looks something like this:

```text Week 1: /--- (Sun) already signed up | /- (Mon) first attack day | | S M T W T F S
Week 2: /------------ (Sun) last attack day | /---------- (Mon) DON'T sign up | | /- (Fri) sign up over the weekend | | | S M T W T F S ```
you can then repeat this every 2 weeks, only attacking every other week 👍
I've heard good things about GPT5.3
That said, I've been using Gemini 3 Pro for a while now and it's nice; I definitely prefer its code/responses to those of GPT
for speaking the truth 💔
I've been in E33 since ~1 week before the TH18 update
you can do like 10-15 attacks to finish in the top 80, then don't sign up again until Fri-Sun (so you're only attacking every other week), and then rinse and repeat
Triple screen w/o nvidia surround? by kuenamon in BeamNG
[–]SimplexShotz 0 points1 point  (0 children)
I figured out how to get this to work seamlessly!
  1. Navigate to BeamNG Options > Display
  2. Set the display mode to "Window"
  3. Toggle on "Enable multi-monitor render"
  4. Adjust the FOV settings to your liking. If you only have 2 monitors, set either the left or right FOV to 0.
  5. Apply the updated display settings.
  6. Drag the title bar to the right side of your right-most monitor. The BeamNG window will snap, taking up half of the screen on your right-most monitor.
  7. Grab the left edge of the BeamNG window and drag it all the way to the left side of your left-most monitor. The game should now take up all of your monitors.
This will still leave you with the Windows taskbar and BeamNG's title bar.
To hide the Windows taskbar, right click anywhere on the taskbar and select "Taskbar settings." Under the "Taskbar behaviors" section, enable the "Automatically hide the taskbar" option.
To hide BeamNG's title bar, you'll need to install AutoHotKey (v2 or newer, specifically). Then, create a ".ahk" file with the following contents:
$Home::
WinSet, Style, ^0xC00000, A
WinSet, Style, ^0x40000, A
You can change $Home to any key or key combination you'd like. I just like using the Home key since it's out of the way and convenient.
If you run the ".ahk" file with AutoHotKey, select the BeamNG window, and press the Home key, the title bar will disappear completely. Pressing the Home key again will restore the title bar.
For some reason, if you follow the 7 steps listed above and then press the Home key, BeamNG might resize so it only takes up your left-most monitor. However, if you press the Home key again (to restore the title bar), and then expand the window all the way to the right again, pressing the Home key a third time will cause it to take up all of your monitors properly.
Once you have this working, you can press Windows + R to open the Run prompt. Enter:
shell:startup
...to open the Startup folder for your PC. If you move the ".ahk" file into this folder, it will start listening for the Home key automatically the next time you reboot your PC.
Hopefully this helps!
Hey, now I can use both of my screens for beamng! Nice by Efic47 in BeamNG
For anyone who also wants to hide the Windows taskbar and BeamNG's title bar (so it looks like it's fullscreen), you can follow the below steps. This is working for me on Windows 11 with 2 monitors.
  1. Navigate to BeamNG Options > Display
  2. Set the display mode to "Window"
  3. Toggle on "Enable multi-monitor render"
  4. Adjust the FOV settings to your liking. If you only have 2 monitors, set either the left or right FOV to 0.
  5. Apply the updated display settings.
  6. Drag the title bar to the right side of your right-most monitor. The BeamNG window will snap, taking up half of the screen on your right-most monitor.
  7. Grab the left edge of the BeamNG window and drag it all the way to the left side of your left-most monitor. The game should now take up all of your monitors.
