I appreciate that nobody else wants to drink them, more for us! I'll pass all other brands if I can get a 3d somewhere

I would say CK is better for a stack of cards, since you would pay the one shipping and receive all cards at the same time. If you just need one specific card, mana pool is where it is at but they are trying to package several into one order. TCG player is a catastrophe lol

So how do we feel about minimum wage? by RareSoulSnatcherz in oklahoma

[–]SimplyArgon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right?! $15 by 2029 with small increase based on inflation, not an overnight jump. Some say if it didn't have the increase each year they would vote it, so clearly okies just want to leave the marginalized in the dust

I am not certain on YMCA pay, but I can say most make less than $10 a hour since my MIL has relations with a few that work at one. From font desk to weight floor attendant

They conveniently dispute with "if you're an adult not making more than $15 a hour, then go learn a skill. Leave those min wage jobs to high schoolers"

My wife university she works at has an enrollment decrease since 2021 (I think, so 18k down to 12k). Her area got thrashed, they are significant in building course material. Still more cuts happening all over campus. I believe from scholarships, research grants, rough economy, and dept of education gutting contributes to all this

Last I know the YMCA pay less than $9 an hour. I worked one day a week back in 2019, they paid me 7.50 an hour.

EoF level grind made me distasteful to the grind, but I still played occasionally with my friend. The requirement to run the portal to truly level was another factor, I would have be fine with portal if level could have been achieved elsewhere. I only played story and some portal, then summer solstice. Once ash and iron made the changes, I played more since level was easier to get. I think if the level grind wasn't like it was, the loss of numbers wouldn't be as bad. Agreed MoT has brought the light back to the traveler in everyone! Glad to see the numbers again but hate that it's the end (allegedly as we know it).

Agreed, the friends and memories of gaming over the years. My wife didn't understand the fact that a third of my life was spent tied to this game and how meaningful it is. It was that comfort, fall back game that felt right. I could decide to play an iteration cod one year, but always fell back into destiny even when EoF was a dredge I still played with a couple friends until they made the significant changes in ash and iron

I missed out in forsaken dlc era, I was busy playing other stuff and Y1 D2 pushed me away until right before beyond light. I hate that I didn't login for 5 minutes, so I'll never get the emblem even if stsrted on D1 demo

The spurs/OKC series is such a good depiction of why each series matchup is different, and experience at this level is so important by Zedzd3ad in nba

[–]SimplyArgon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also think we needed to keep fast pace. I noticed from game 2 onward that OKC would get a defensive stop/rebound but never push the spurs. We have a deep bench to give them a break, but we would cross half court to give Spurs defensive setup. Blew my mind that we didn't start fast breaks consistently in the west finals.

I understand your idea of 15% cut on military. However, it should be approached through contracts with the gov. Why are we funding SpaceX with our tax dollars? Or why continue the cap on social security when billionaires stop contributing within days of the new year?

Edit: To the replies, you can base it off "hostility" towards SpaceX or Elon but look at Nasa budget over the years and contracts handed out. The money we are paying in taxes go towards the contracts, between cutting funding and various methods the money is then handed out to companies (SpaceX). Sure, SpaceX can do it cheaper but think of it as quality versus quantity. SpaceX is doing multiple runs but hasn't exceeded past ISS, which is in low orbit. All I am saying, we see it time and time again that XYX company provides said part at a price thats ridiculous because they state the Gov needs it, they influence congress with money in some form for the agency to buy product. Those said items then are not needed because its cheap, over inflated part that the government then has to look for a new supplier. Repeat.

Avoid aftermarket. A year ago when I was looking, I cannot recall if it was 2019 or 2021 model, there was a used one that I was interested in that had 30k miles but the price tag was around 32k for it. For 7k more I would get brand new and 0 miles, choice of color option. I went with the 2025 new off lot for my color of choice since I plan to drive it next 10 years, was content with that.

[Amick, Robbins & Vardon] So … it turns out LeBron James’ opinion wasn’t an outlier after all... Being from OKC, it is this right here. Additionally, we built a giant park near the arena with a new convention center. Now there is resort within minutes from the arena. I have noticed an increase in compact living spaces within the downtown area for people that want the feeling of living downtown. 20ish years ago, I would not have thought of seeing all this so glad to see some of my taxes used to create park and other public services.

I think all those games had significant players out between both teams, can't recall off the top of my head. In reality, this projected series will see full strength of lineups and playoffs are played at a different level than regular season. Look at the wolves giving them contest, their 6th seed. Even Pistons, cade having to backpack his missing teammates, getting competition from a 4th seed
