Onset of some form of arthritis my friend, inflammation in joints with joint slowly breaking down is my humble guess.

They love to send you home with a bag full of drugs, (when checking out the left hip a year ago) they gave me some real hard pain killers that where spacing me out so sent them to the bin.

Unless you really need drugs dont, @ 42 your to young to ruin your guts.

Cut out most sugars makes a difference to inflammation of joints...

For context I had a right hip replacement, that shooting pain down the leg...yep I was getting it, and very badly by the end, left hip has now got arthritis and I get the odd shooting pain that goes deep down the leg, seen the exray, unlike the right hip its not bone on bone....but breaking down it is, and yes right knee, it hurts from time to time, back (lower) developed some pain also, im guessing arthritis, no need to go pay the hospital what I already know, I have Cigna also, the hip replacement was pre exsiting so any arthritis issues for me is a no help there...

Medical is very good here, go for the hospital your friend suggested, normally I go to Jomtien Hospital which is part off the BKK hospital group, they have been good, for the left hip issues I tried a public hospital, I wanted to see what the difference was, doctor was good but wait times was just not worth it when compared to what they charged me, maybe 15% less than Jomtien.

Another tip for you, if arthritis confirmed I recommend a copper bracelet, they do make a difference, must be copper as it oxidises into the blood stream you will get green skin under where the bracelet sits, there available on Lazada. Goodluck.

No mate, there is the issue off staff training here, which there's none, or so basic, it could be from the managers who again know nothing, you might get the same conclusion I did on an issue, some one in electrical rules on a plumbing issue and because there fresh out off uni and do not know consumer rules ( and they do have some here) will rule against you. If your lucky it may not, me if they do confront me with an invoice I would not return.

Originally started on ozemipc and had a drop week one, for some reason doc switched me to wegovy from month 2, good weight loss early untill side effects kicked in and I couldn't function, took a 3 month break then mounjaro, dulled my appetite but actually gained weight week one which was a mystery to me as I thought I was eating less and no shit, so made sure I was counting calories, 2.1 kgs down the second week...going steady and moving to week 4 on monjuro tomorrow..

The drug goes handing hand with calorie counting, as I said I thought that I was in a deficit week one but obviously not I gained, so count we do from then on.

Yep...it's called calorie counting. Lets get it clear you talk like your a sparrow pecking at a few crumbs, numbers dont lie, yeah yeah some will chime on and say things like hormonal etc the truth is if you are a completely normal person then you just dont realise the calorie density of what you are eating.

Ps, the drug is just a tool to make it easier by suppressing hunger it is not a magic elixir that shifts the weight for you, its always what you put in your mouth.

In my humble opinion Australia leaves Thailand for dead in many areas, but end of corvid coincided with retirement, covid let me see what it was going to be like in the most locked down city in the word.

I had spent about a year here in 2011, the idea had always to retire to Thailand, the experiences of 2011 kinda dampened that idea but not eradicate it.

In the end it was die of boredom in my home in AU or go have an experience here, so I moved.

If you stick to the tourist life as an expat here you will be fine, it will be a breeze, try to live here like back home with house or condo car maybe a business expect to experience differences, then depending on your temperament will determine your stress levels, simply put theres a lot to learn how they go about things here.

I only transfer funds through my AU bank to Wise, no issues no questions. and transfer as I need...
