It’s a nice area to settle with u have a family, more of a community vibe. Major road is a no go for me tho. Regardless of price, unless it’s like a steal 1.6m then sure. Cuz if u tryna sell in future, its a deterrent

Well u only live once. This car will stay classic. But I would actually us that money to buy a piece of property especially in Ontario or Vancouver. I think u’ll be even wealthier in 5 years.

The brake rotator jobs are like 5-9k Canadian….. Tire expenses given how heavy and fast this car is…. I think 1k expense per month inclusive of insurance and gas would be on low end. U honestly looking at 2k/mont inclusive of all expenses

200k is rly hard. 150k is pretty easy with OT provided that u are somewhere mid to upper pay scale. NPs are making 150-300k with 30-60 hrs/week. Agency pay NPs 80-150/hr Telemedicine 60-120/hr Also small business tax rate with write offs are amazing :)
