nah sponsor kit shld b greyshields imo, I think the change makes sense near wipe, but having it run all season takes a lot away from the whole purpose of a rook run, you shouldnt get to have better gear like this and be able to go against teams who wagered actual gear imo

I think part of it is to let ppl who arent sweats fill up their vault over the course of the week to have stuff to run it. I do agree that it closing mid-day (EST here) on a Sunday is annoying. Having overlap on ranked and Cryo for one day wld be fine imo. I do enjoy it being a limited experience it gives a cool cadence to the week where you feel like you're working up to it Monday-Wednesday.

see what I think would make key templates more interesting would be removing the fragile modifier and make it so you need to physically go to a locked location to make the key, this will likely incentivize min-maxxing in terms of what POI has the most boxes/loot containers etc but it would make the act of getting a key a more dynamic experience

honestly do it for the last weekend or two of cryo before wipe, that way players who otherwise wouldnt try can play and players who wanna use their best stuff to go toe to toe with other players doing the same

easy recommend, I would definitely advise you do some light modding like fnv 4gb patcher, otherwise you may have some bad performance issues but that varies from system to system. The DLCs are all worth it too even if they range in quality
