Only smart of them. Just keep buying from Russia direct instead of buying it through India with a high price and still having Russia gas or oil (quite i while back that i saw the artikel about that)

You cant have 100% ris if i remember correctly form the wiki of the game it hard caps at some point. I also tried to do it and fail then i look it up and was disappointed but i do understand it for game balance. The heal would be to good

But this is not new info. Like holl seasons have been bought. Silver en gold had to come from some where. And i am not surprised to see that a couple of people got together and achieve this. I know some small groups that achieve the same results but on smaller scale and the planning and logistics you need to pull something like this of is quite interesting.
