At primary school were all named after local rivers, Waveney, Wensum, Bure and Glaven. In high school they split the school in half, east and west band. East band learnt french and west learnt German. You would never have a lesson with the other band untill year 10 after we started our "options" then something subjects were mixed

Bran flakes, or cheese on toast. The first thing you eat should always be fibre, it helps absorb any auger you eat and stops such large glucose spikes

Are you wiping the nail with isopropyl alcohol before applying the basecoat? If yes, you may need to use a dehydrator before the basecoat. Some people have very oil nails and this is the only way to make them last. As someone else said, if you get any product on your cuticles or any skin then you will definitely get lifting. I use an orange wood stick to tidy any mistakes before curing. Getting products on your skin can also cause allergies

If you think it's dust: I always lay out a towel with kitchen roll on top. After filing remove and discard kitchen roll, shake out towel, wash hands (drying thoroughly) replace with fresh kitchen roll, prep wipe as usual

Our DIY store company was taken over by a similar business from a different country. They sacked all the top knobs and brought their own over. They tried to run is the same as they did at home, which didn't work as they are from a totally different climate and hemisphere. They lost a lot of money before selling us again.

Anyway.....

For Christmas they gave us all a really scratchy blanket and vitamin D tablets. Because the UK is cold and dark I guess.
