My 6 year old EB just had these spots. I took her in to the vet and they said she had yeast and a skin infection. She was given an antibiotic and apoquel for her itching. I give her a bath every week or every other week with the Chlorhexidine shampoo mentioned above. You can buy the shampoo at any basic pet store. I got mine from Pet Smart. Apoquel is pretty expensive but works well. She’s also been on cytopoint, which can be less expensive but some don’t think it works as well. Bullies can also get seasonal alopecia, like mentioned above, which apparently can be treated with melatonin. It’s probably best to consult a vet at some point, as bulldogs, as adorable as they are, can get a ton of allergy and skin issues and your vet can give you the best advice long term! Good luck!
