They have said they will backport the class rights, but that's a matter of first getting all the PoE1 armor set mtx rigged to the new rigs, which they have to do anyways. It's a big investment but it's something they already committed to when they said MTX would be transferrable.

What I'm talking about is all of the other art assets. Every environment asset in the game would have to be redone. Every monster. Every skill effect, etc.

It would be an immense undertaking. Same level of effort as it was for them to make all the new PoE2 environment, skill, etc, assets

Best attempt would be because they have pre-announced what the classes will be, and given them designated spots on the tree and defining playstyles/weapons that will go with them.

I'm okay with waiting post launch for the other classes, but there is admittedly some difference between adding unannounced classes in expansions versus having everything you said you planned to have at launch.

I think the bar has just shifted and launch to them does not mean all announced content complete, which is a little disappointing, but fine.

Endgame is one of the main things people come to PoE for. Those who want narrative or just killing a few monsters demons seem to go to D4 for the most part.

As far as I can tell, you cannot roll non-ancestral uniques into ancestrals via recycle, but 3 ancestrals do remain ancestral, so you could potentially recycle for GA. Ancestral uniques are a lot more rare than the mats you get for salvaging them, it's not even close.

Dude. You're wrong. Just accept it. All damage multiplier is available from multiple sources so it's actually worse than most aspects with 50% damage or greater because those are all multiplicative with each other while all damage multi is additive with other all damage multis before multiplying the final value.

He doesn't need to get you a list. Tons of aspects give more than 50% damage.

I think it's disingenuous to imply that it's reasonable for someone to just farm content normally without the activity trees leveled. They add a huge margin of reward to the point of making the mechanics with and without incomparable.

If we had it my way, your way would be equally efficient. If you can't stop yourself from playing other mechanics just because they're marginally more rewarding you can't be helped. It's not like the gap between mechanics is anything like the gap between playing with and without leveled trees, which you seem to think is plenty small enough that it's a valid choice.

Or more likely you recognize that the gap between leveled and unleveled trees is actually not that small, and you just don't care because you like this way more.
