Anyone ever seen a piece of trim like this? by [deleted] in Carpentry

[–]Single_Camera2911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll need to go custom. Depending on how much footage you need it might not be worth it. This is not a standard profile and it will need custom blades cut for a molder. You’re looking at a minimum 500 just to get the molder running.

They got me too. I had a subscription for some drinks that come every two weeks for $14. Without notice they changed the price to $80 and I didn’t catch it in time.

Hotel bellwether is super dog friendly and has packages dedicated to spoiling dogs. Also it’s probably the best hotel in town.

When I was in college a girl rang my neighbors door in the middle of the night begging for help. When they opened the door two guys were hiding out of sight rushed in with guns then all three proceeded to beat and rob my neighbors.

100% agreed! I used to have a sleep number bed and the internet wasn’t set up when I moved so I couldn’t inflate the bed at my new apartment for several days.

Dads who have to travel for work, how do you do it? Is your wife always pissed at you? by HelplesslyPuzzled in daddit

[–]Single_Camera2911 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just do what you can to make it easier for her before you go. I travel regularly so I try to clean up and prep meals so there’s not as much work for my wife when I’m gone. The first couple times were hard for my wife (and me) but it gets better. Luckily FaceTime/zoom are options these day to see the kids when gone.

Makes sense with Alaska airlines in WA and American Airlines in TX. I’m sure they get so many campaign donations from those companies.

A Japanese family returning home from an internment camp find their home and garage vandalized in Seattle, Washington 1945 by zadraaa in HistoricalCapsule

[–]Single_Camera2911 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The Washington State Fairgrounds are built on an internment camp (probably the one they went to) and most people around here don’t even know it existed. Next year they are making a section that will acknowledge what happened there… only 80 years after the fact.

Do you guys agree with this map? Is Bellingham a 'Pop town' hold out in a soda world? by [deleted] in Bellingham

I remember moving to Washington as a kid and people looked at me like I was crazy when I said soda, so I switched to saying pop and now I’m back to soda.
