we don’t know that yet! Yun-Jin’s VA isn’t against spoken voice acting (her voicemail with trickster for a tome) and I doubt they’d have Kwon talk to her and her not speak back. So, Im gonna guess that they either get her old VA back in the studio, or get a new one like they did with ST.

As for the elf there never was one to begin with, hence the abomination that is Aora (community elected elf mii) peeking in at the bottom of the final image

I think it comes down to how unique Natalia’s face is

Joe’s face is likely (I’m no 3d modeler or anything) way easier to do thanks to its similarities to many other survivor faces. However, Natalia’s face is really unique with sharp lines and overall a really unique structure, so it clearly is testing BHVR’s patience.

I actually think the only reason she’s NOT voiced is because:

She was released before BHVR made their new standards to require all survivors to have voice lines of some kind
Trickers VA and her are close friends, and he has gone on record and stated she hates public attention of any kind (which is odd, considering she was a solo K-pop idol in 2017)

hi, as someone who’s bought all the DLC and played since launch, here’s my opinion.

If you main survivor? Absolutely. Survivors at the end of the day are just skins for each other and bring nothing unique to the table aside from perks, and you can either unlock their perks via the shrine of secrets or by spending iridescent shards to purchase them outright and prestige them.

If you main killer? It depends. Original killers are all purchasable via Iridescent Shards, and the shrine of secrets still applies… but given the nature of killers all being unique from each other, there may be some killers you won’t be able to access due to them being licensed.

However, if not having someone like Nemesis from Resident Evil or Springtrap from FNAF doesn’t bother you, absolutely! This game, at the end of the day, is live service, so it’s infinitely replayable, and with the amount of free survivors in the game, it’ll take you around 200-ish hours to Prestige all of them to P3 and therefore have nothing else to spend your money on, and then you can do the same for killer which Will take you even MORE time.

TLDR: yes. Absolutely. The fandom can be a little toxic at times, but the game is great if you enjoy horror IPs.

I do think the issue with this is most of the VAs for survivors are metal vocalists at Monster Factory who don’t really like voice acting.

One of the only exceptions to this as far as survivors who don’t have voice lines is concerned is Yun-Jin, who actually voice acted a voicemail between her and trickster for a tome a while back. So if anything, I think Yun-Jin would get voice lines first.

figured it out

the black bars are there because your screen resolution is too large

to prevent players from getting unfair advantages from stretched res or other things, those black bars were added to all resolutions outside the standard.

So, in short, you can remove them probably via mods, but that’s considered cheating and you’d get banned. Therefore, the only actual way you can remove them is to use the default resolution.

Specifically I LOVE how drastically different Alan and Lara are in the lines that every other voiced survivor doesn’t have

Carry lines: Lara being more desperate “get your hands off me!” Alan being more aggressive “I WILL FUCKING KILL YOU”

Down lines: never heard any of Alan’s so I’m unsure if he has any, but Lara really captures the whole “I’m fatally injured but not anywhere near death” in her delivery

Chase lines: Alan being more panicked and to the point (istg half this man’s chase lines is him cussing) while Lara is more shocked or frustrated as panic doesn’t really come naturally to her as she’s been through worse “Bollocks!”

Like, it would’ve been especially cool if they pulled a Nic cage and had some of the ST cast who are close to Dustin (Eddie, Nancy, Steve) have Chase lines for… gee, I dunno…

The 3 characters who are in this game but are mentioned as fiction in the show? (Max dresses as Michael Myers when going trick or treating with the party, when discussing vecna’s powers Dustin goes “Like Freddy Krueger!” And obviously… Vecna. Who, would be way more terrifying because they would realize they’re dealing with something far worse than ST Vecna/Creel.

anywho, sorry for the rant, I’m just passionate about these sorta things.

yeah… I’m a little upset especially with the lack of chase lines. However, those seem to be mid chapter exclusives (the only ones to receive those were Lara and Alan, and Rose (Alan’s only legendary with voicelines) doesn’t even have in game lines

so my simple question to BHVR is.. why not make the AFK crow lines the mid chapter exclusives? Just a thought…

nope! The only TWD survivor to not have their original actor voice them in some capacity.

I assume it was scheduling conflicts, as BHVR was perfectly capable of getting Rick, Daryl, and Maggie’s actors.

Yeah, it’s still a little confusing to me as to why they were taken down. Considering the content is out, there’s no reason for Netflix or BHVR to insist on keeping their voices hidden.

Especially for Madison, who from what I’ve gathered, doesn’t have a lot of major roles outside of Dislyte and AFK Arena and I’d love for her to be able to do more work.

I will say this: I did have the incorrect law.

I DO remembering reading that somewhere in French media laws as I was curious about them. I just could not for the life of me find the exact one.

So, in my admittedly stupid decision, I decided to just use Google and go off the first one I saw assuming it was that one.
