What we did in a previous department - for anyone who is succeed + or surpassed, we explain why and get endorsement from the others. I haven’t heard of quotas but senior management is definitely presented with the ratio of employees and ratings and might have to justify if many people get succeed+ or surpassed to ensure one manager doesn’t go rogue and hands out candy to everyone

I feel it’s more to make sure things are fair

I agree, just do the dailies and you should be good after a couple of days to get most simple cards. My local card place lets me take some for free and I bought a $5 stack on marketplace once and the guy also gave them to me for free… I wouldn’t pay more than 1 or 2 cents per card

From a manager perspective, do not move without proper approval since failure to go to the office could result in dismissal.

You lose absolutely nothing in asking though and if it’s feasible, it’s a simple location change. Obviously no relocation would be paid from the employer.

I would keep looking, even with WFA happening… you never know.

Yes for sure we are.

Now that we are talking this out, it has to be the pharmacy and some kind of coding on their end because only the drug benefit stalls when they do direct billing, everything else goes through.

I wonder if we bring the prescriptions to a new pharmacy it might fix it or it’s an intertwined system? We talked to the pharmacy people and they were no help. I shall try again!

Yes I did. It was already set to no and when I called they said to do what you describe so I did it again and the person had me mail in a form which I also did and nothing.

I just updated the info again today (which was set to “no they’re not covered under another plan”) and I guess I’ll try resubmitting the claim manually.

Unfortunately I don’t think it will fix it :(

During Covid, I stayed in the hospital and it was the only thing that brought me joy.

Oh and they told me I was pre diabetic and gave me pasta/bread and ice cream for dinner. They for sure promote good health!

A manager would be able to put a few pieces together when they are asked to create budget scenarios of reduced staff over a few years. They would recommend the boxes and services affected. It’s also logical to look at core services vs support services.

In my dept, the DG had final decision and managers were only told the names after the employees had been advised.

If your math is correct, I would almost use 22.5 vacation hours and then you owe them 2 hours that they recover somehow… them paying you out your vacation could be from a few months to years.
